Natural layer
The hemp layer is an additional top layer located directly on the comfortable thermoelastic foam and under the outer cover of the mattress.
Optional layer of hemp nonwoven fabric with a density of 1000g/m3 and a thickness of 2cm. The raw material comes from local organic farming.
This additional natural layer performs several functions that directly influence the experience of using our mattresses.
- Thanks to the hemp layer, pressure forces are additionally distributed, which changes the nature of the thermoelastic foam’s operation. Due to the hemp non-woven fabric eliminating point pressures and acting as an additional thermal insulation between the body and the thermoactive layer, the foam is characterized by a more uniform deflection, which translates into higher comfort.
- Thanks to the hemp layer, our body is separated from the polyurethane not only by the thin fabric of the cover and sheet, but also by a fully natural hemp layer, which significantly affects the level of air circulation, comfort and relaxation.
- The hemp top layer has much higher elasticity than thermoelastic foam, which, when used in a thin layer, allows both the comfort of the foam to be maintained and the problem of excessive point collapse to be eliminated.
- The hemp layer is an innovative step towards increasing the standard of our rest thanks to contact with 100% natural materials and changes the feelings associated with everyday use of the mattress.
